Mr. Khadim Ali Shah has 16 years working experience with NGO, INGOs and Companies, he started his professional career with Marvi Rural Development Organization as Project Coordinator and thereafter he had worked with Insaf Network Pakistan as Project Manager in Tharparkar, he had worked Amal-e-Danish welfare organization as Education Coordinator in Karachi. Currently he is operating Sindh Education Foundation supported Schools in Karachi and at CRS he is a Program lead, from 2023 develop and manage the program team to achieve the aspirations of CRS through Program Development, effective coordination, consolidation, technical support and guidance by ensuring a cohesive team spirit and motivation to perform. He manages and ensures resource mobilization, prioritization and allocation, work plan coherence to deliver the CRS’s Strategy. His role is responsible for working with Partners and Allies to foster long-term relationship to successfully deliver CRS program strategy. He has done masters in BS Computer Science.
